The next instalment of my Facebook live series took place on the 11th February 2017, I just thought I'd mention this in case you thought it was strange that I talk about enjoying the snow while here we are in the begin of July and the sun is shining gloriously in the sky. I hope you're all getting to feel the benefits of the weather and taking some time to be outside enjoying your walking after watching the last video, if you've not managed to add it into your daily routine yet, get on it see if you can do it for 30 days - after that it should be a habit and it will be easier to maintain as the weather starts to cool down again. OK, enough of a recap, let's find out a little more about the treatments and why I love hot stones in particular.
I love to help people feel better, that is just one of the things that help me keep learning about my chosen profession. I want to make you feel better, and in order to do that, I keep learning. I love to read books and study new techniques and learn more about the human body so that I can help you, whether you're coming to me for a massage or whether you want to learn how to do it yourself. Yes, I can teach you that too. If you want to know more then just take a look at the courses I offer.
All my massages are tailored to you, when you come in I will do a comprehensive questionnaire to find out what you specifically require then I will apply the techniques during your treatment - it may only be one or a combination of a few.

I use the stones as a massage tool, rather than just laying them on the skin, while this is relaxing I find that holding them and working them over the muscles to be more effective when I swap back to hands.
Other benefits to using hot stones are:
